- Commonwealth Court: Open for in person filings. Call 717-255-1650 for info. Mail in and online filings strongly encouraged.
- Supreme Court: Open for in person filings, call 717-787-6181 for info.
- Superior Court: Open for in person filings, call 717-772-1294 for info.
- PA Dept. of State, Corporation Bureau: Open for filings in person or via drop box. Through the 2nd week of 2022, due to high demand, expedite service requests will only be accepted on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- PA Dept. of State, Elections, Commissions, Legislation (Apostilles): Open for Apostille processing in person or via drop box.
- PA Dept. of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs-Prothonotary (2601 N. 3rd St. HBG): Closed to public, filings via mail only.
- PUC: Open for in person business. Phone directory located on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival, customers are to call the specific office with which they have business.
- DCED: Closed to public.
- Board of Finance and Revenue (South Front St.): Closed to public, filings to be done electronically.
- PA Department of Revenue (Strawberry Square): Open by appointment only, call 717-783-1405 to schedule. Online services also available.
- PA Department of Labor and Industry (Boas St): Open to public with restrictions. Must have point of contact to accept delivery. Mail in correspondence encouraged.
- Middle District Court (Federal): Open
- Adams County: Open to public for in-person filings, visitors expected to follow CDC protocols. Appointment needed for passport services.

- Chester County: Open for in-person filings. Filings and petitions can also be submitted online or via mail, call 610-344-6000 for info.

- Lancaster County: Pursuant to Judicial Administrative Order dated 05/26/21, Lancaster County Courthouse is open to the public pursuant to CDC guidelines. Mail in and online services encouraged. Call 717-299-8282 for info.
